Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, although lead times can vary so please do contact us if your order is urgent. We ship via Royal Mail which typically takes 1 - 2 days to arrive for 1st class and 2-3 days for 2nd class, but can take longer during busier periods. If you have any queries regarding your delivery once you've been notified of dispatch, please use the contact form on our contact page or the live chat/social media for a speedy response.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have any concerns or issues with your order, we will always go above and beyond to help you. We offer returns in-line with your statutory consumer rights. Please refer to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, we are unable to accept returns in most cases on customised products, such as those with wire names added.

In many circumstances we will be able to offer an exchange for another product if necessary (such as when the wrong colour or breed is ordered).

Damaged Goods

We pack our parcels very carefully, but on very rare occasions items can be damaged in transit. Please try to notify us within 3 working days of any damage caused during transit and we will endeavour to give you a satisfactory solution in the shortest possible time.
