FAQ

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    All of our items are carefully packed and ready to be gifted as they are. We can add a personalised short note inside the box - please add this in the notes section at checkout and we'll contact you if we have any questions. An example of this may be: "Happy Woofday Dad, can't wait for my walkies, lots of love, Fluffy xxx" There is no maximum word limit, but the above example is a good demonstration of what we can fit on the card in the box!
  • Can you offer a completely custom design?
    Yes! If you have an idea for a design you cannot find on our site, drop us a message and we'll be more than happy to help!
  • How long does shipping take?
    At the checkout page you can choose between 2nd class delivery or 1st class delivery. 1st class tends to be next day delivery after dispatch, 2nd class tends to be around 3 days, however these times are not guaranteed and are subject to any Royal Mail delays. Please contact us for a quote if you'd like a next day courier if your order is urgent. We aim to dispatch within 1 week from receiving your order, unless otherwise discussed or specified on our website. Dispatch times tend to take a little longer over the festive period!
  • Can I track my order?
    Please allow 1 week for delivery once you are notified of dispatch. Royal Mail are experiencing some delays (Covid-19). If not recieved within 1 week of dispatch, please contact us for tracking information and to open a missing parcel claim.
  • What is your return policy?
    Returns on standard artworks are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to terms and conditions. Sadly we are unable to to accept returns or offer refunds on the majority of custom pieces (such as those with custom wire names).
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently we only ship within the UK and you will not be able to place an order online without a UK delivery address. Please contact us using the contact page if you'd like an order sent overseas.
  • Will my order be affected by Royal Mail strikes?
    The Communications Workers Union (CWU) have called on their members to take strike action on Friday 9 December, Sunday 11 December, Wednesday 14 December and Thursday 15 December 2022. There will likely be significant disruption to services on these dates and a knock-on effect to the days following. It's entirely possible your delivery could be delayed. If you would prefer your order were sent via another courier as you need it more urgently, please contact us as we are happy to arrange this. We are keeping a close eye on all delivery times and reviewing alternative shipping methods in the run up to Christmas, subject to any conclusion in Royal Mails and the CWU's current stand off.
